Android Auto for Africa Twin

Calling all Africa Twin riders who use an Android! Honda recently announced that Android Auto will be integrated into Honda’s Africa Twin motorcycles, 2020 and newer.  

Last year Honda integrated Android Auto on Gold Wing models during the summer. This integration will be similar to that one. Africa Twin customers with Android 5.0 or later smartphones and the Android Auto app are now able to seamlessly enjoy application services including music, phone calls and messaging, at no additional cost. To utilize Android Auto with Africa Twin models, a Bluetooth® headset is also required (sold separately). App and communication costs may apply. 

The CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports ES and standard Africa Twin models are top of their class adventure bikes with Apple Carplay integration, now can boast the integration of Android Auto. 

Android Auto is a convenient way to use your phone while on your motorcycle. The interface is simplified and with the help of voice commands, riders can continue driving without distractions. Access your music, media, and other apps all with the power of your voice. Android users can now experience keeping their eyes on the road, hands on the handlebars while being connected to the world around them.
